Member Terms of Use

Chapter 1: General Provisions
Article 1 (Purpose)
The purpose of these Terms and Conditions is to prescribe matters concerning the use and procedures of the homepage system (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") provided by Interxsoft Co., Ltd.

Article 2 (Definitions)
The definitions of terms used in these Terms and Conditions are as follows:
1. Member: A person who has been assigned a user ID.
2. ID: A combination of letters and/or numbers used by the member.
3. Password: A combination of letters and numbers set by the member for security purposes.

Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of the Terms)
1. These Terms and Conditions become effective upon being posted on the website.
2. Interxsoft Co., Ltd. may amend these Terms, and any revised Terms shall take effect upon being announced to the users.

Article 4 (Applicable Rules)
Matters not stipulated in these Terms shall be governed by applicable laws and the operational guidelines of Interxsoft's website.


Chapter 2: Service Use Agreement
Article 5 (Formation of Agreement)
The use agreement is established by Interxsoft Co., Ltd.’s acceptance of the user’s application and the user’s agreement to the Terms.

Article 6 (Application for Use)
Users may apply for membership by filling out the registration form provided by Interxsoft on the website.

Article 7 (Acceptance of Application)
1. If a member has filled out the application form accurately, the application shall be accepted.
2. However, applications may be denied in the following cases:

- If false information is provided
- If someone else's name is used
- If the application requirements are incomplete



Article 8 (Changes to Contract Details)
If a member’s registered information changes, it can be modified through the website.


Chapter 3: Obligations of the Contracting Parties
Article 9 (Obligations of Interxsoft)
Interxsoft shall not disclose or distribute personal information of members acquired during service provision to third parties without the member’s consent. Exceptions apply when required by law, for investigations, or under other legal procedures.

Article 10 (Obligations of Members)
1. Members must not engage in the following acts:

- Illegally using another member’s ID
- Providing false information when registering or updating
- Defaming or slandering others
- Registering multiple IDs under one user
- Posting advertisements or sending spam messages
- Uploading or sending viruses to disrupt the system
- Reproducing or distributing information obtained through the service
- Infringing copyrights or other rights of Interxsoft or third parties
- Spreading content violating public order and morals
- Posting content related to criminal acts
- Violating the website’s operational policies
- Any act that violates related laws




Chapter 4: Use of Service and Results
Article 11 (Management and Deletion of Member Posts)
1. For efficient service operation, limitations may be placed on resources, message size, and retention periods. Content falling under Article 10 may be deleted without prior notice.

2. Members may not arbitrarily delete or modify materials provided by Interxsoft.

Article 12 (Copyright of Posts)
The copyright responsibility for posted content lies with the poster, and members may not use information obtained through the service for commercial purposes.

Article 13 (Service Hours)
Service is available 24 hours a day, year-round, barring technical or operational issues such as regular maintenance.

Article 14 (Responsibility for Use)
Members shall not engage in hacking, linking to obscene sites, or illegal software distribution. Interxsoft is not responsible for any resulting damages or legal consequences.

Article 15 (Suspension of Service)
Service may be suspended in the following cases:
1. Unavoidable maintenance of service facilities
2. Suspension of telecommunication services by service providers
3. System inspection is required
4. Other force majeure events


Chapter 5: Termination and Restriction
Article 16 (Termination and Restrictions)
1. Members may terminate the agreement via the website.
2. Interxsoft may terminate the contract or suspend service without prior notice if a member violates Article 10.
3. If the website is restructured or transitioned to an official service, Interxsoft may terminate the agreement and notify the user via notice or email.


Chapter 6: Disclaimers
Article 17 (Disclaimer)
1. Interxsoft is not responsible for any information or materials obtained through the service.
2. Interxsoft is not liable for the reliability or accuracy of information posted by members.

Article 18 (Jurisdiction)
In case of legal disputes arising from service use, the court with jurisdiction over the location of Interxsoft shall be the exclusive competent court.


Supplementary Provisions
Article 1 (Transitional Provisions for Existing Members)
Members registered before the enforcement date of these Terms shall be deemed to have agreed to them.

Article 2 (Effective Date)
These Terms and Conditions shall be effective from March 10, 2008.
