New Function

- Opened the PADS to Xpedition (and PADS Pro) conversion feature

- Added a feature to synchronize only positions when using Tab ViewSync in the schematic

Bug Fix

- Fixed an issue where Solder Mask was missing during PADS to Xpedition conversion

- Fixed an issue where Line-shaped Pads were converted without line width during PADS to Xpedition conversion

- Fixed an issue where Fills were missing when converting to Static mode during PADS to Xpedition conversion

- Fixed an issue where text color turned white when the highlighted Net color was dark

UI Changed

- Added message display when opening an abnormal IXD file

- Refined license-related messages in interCAD Editor to sound more natural

Feature Improvements

- Improved PADS conversion to place components that exceed the displayable range at coordinates (0, 0)

- Enhanced accuracy when checking for identical modified components during Xpedition import

- Fixed an issue where the Pin Angle of placed components differed from the Library during Xpedition import

- Adjusted the Origin during PADS conversion to accommodate drawings that exceed the predefined Canvas Size

- Modified Rectangle Holes in PADS conversion to use the smaller of Width or Height as the diameter

- Added support for viewing PADS Copper as Center Line or Outline based on options

- Modified EDIF conversion for PADS to rename names consisting only of numbers

- Modified EDIF conversion for PADS to ensure Angles stay within the 360-degree range

- Addressed differences between older and newer versions of OrCAD EDIF

- Treated unknown Line Width values as 0 in OrCAD EDIF

- Improved the issue where the Browser tab blinked twice
