New Function

- Added support for PADS Logic Import.

Bug Fix

- Fixed an issue where text was missing in Excel Reports of Compare results due to clipboard conflicts.

- Fixed an issue where the View gradually zoomed in or out each time an Error was clicked after Compare.

- Fixed an issue where parts of the Output window were not drawn or flickered after Compare.

- Fixed an issue where the number of a Mechanical Pin was assigned as a normal Pin number when Mechanical Pins shared the same coordinates during Allegro Import.

- Fixed an issue where object drawing was called multiple times when reviewing Compare results.
