IXD is interCAD's own design format. Just as a PDF holds a document in one file, IXD integrates schematic, layout, Gerber, and ODB++ into a single .ixd file with full original integrity. Text, vector graphics, and drawing properties are all preserved, so you review the design exactly as the original — no source CAD required.
