Importing a Design from Allegro into interCAD Editor

How to extract .brd file as ASCII file(.extracta) for interCAD Editor program where system with Allegro installed.

 

1. Download Allegro2interCAD.vbs attachment.

2. Double click to start Allegro2interCAD.vbs

 

3. Click Open after select Allegro .brd file.

 

4. Extracta will proceed.

  

5. When Extracta completed, notice window will open and .extracta created at .brd file location.


 

6. Import created .extrata file by interCAD Editor > Import > From Allegro PCB Designer
